Build your segment: customers with email engagement from a particular country

When running a country-specific email campaign, you may want to be able to view the customers who have interacted the most with your emails. 

  1. Select an attribute for the country, e.g., China. 
  2. Select customers with an email open rate greater than 0 %. 
  3. Select the and operator to define the relation between two created attributes. 
  4. Save the segment and see the segmentation summary.
  5. Export data of your customers, look at the individual customer profiles or check insights.
