Website visitors who are non-customers

In some cases, a business may want to convert all of its visitors into customers. In Meiro Business Explorer, this can be accomplished by segmenting your visitors in the following steps.

  1. Set the number of days since the last web visit. Here, we’ve set it to show visitors in the past month. 
  2. Next, we select customers who have not made a purchase by choosing ‘Is False’ for the attribute ‘Purchase made ever’. 
  3. Connect all conditions by selecting the ‘AND’ option. You can choose how conditions are connected by toggling between ‘AND’ or ‘OR’. 
  4. Save condition and see Segmentation Summary, export data of your customers or look at the individual customer profiles.
