Users Activity tab in details

Users Activity tab reports on the activity of users across Meiro Business Explorer.

Total number of users The sum of active users, never-activated users, and deleted users.
Active users The number of users under the Users tab, including enabled and disabled users, who have logged in at least once, irrespective of their latest login activity.
Never activated users The number of invited users who have never accepted the invitation and never logged in.
Deleted users All users who have been removed from the system and are stored in the trash under the Users tab.

It is possible to filter users' activity by:

  • the user/ user roles/ domains of users' emails (filter includes deleted users)
  • date range (counted in the server's timezone- which can be found in the Users Settings). 

Users Activity tab updates in real-time.

Number of logins How many times have users logged in to Meiro Business Explorer. 
Profiles tab
  • Sum of all interactions mentioned below
  • Viewed (how many times the tab was viewed)
  • Searched (how many times a user clicked on "search" button)
Customer profile tabs
  • Sum of all interactions mentioned below
  • How many times a user viewed the attributes subtab. Please keep in mind each time user loads customer profile, it is brought to attributes subtab.
  • How many times user viewed the timeline subtab
  • How many times user viewed the identity subtab
Custom segments tab


  • Sum of all interactions mentioned below
  • Number of created custom segments
  • Number of copied custom segments
  • Number of deleted custom segments
  • Number of edited custom segments
  • Number of exported custom segments (how many times user clicked on the "export" button)
  • Number of views of Custom Segments tab
  • Number of views of "My segments"
  • Number of views of "Shared with me"
  • Number of views of  "Others"

Featured segments tab
  • Sum of all interactions mentioned below

Remember: To hide a user from the reports, turn on the ‘system user’ toggle in the edit section in the Users tab. To make a user-visible in the reports, turn the ‘system user’ toggle off. Learn more here.
