Prerequisites for Journey Canvas

To work with Journey Canvas, ensure that the Journey Canvas tab is enabled by the administrator for your user role.

Name

The name of the journey.

Statistics

Number of arrived, dropped and completed customer entities throughout the entire journey.

Status

represents the current state of a journey. This status helps users understand the lifecycle stage of a journey, whether it's still being drafted, pending activation, actively running, or finished.

Created

Date and time when a journey was created.

Modified at

Date when a journey was lastly modified.

Edit

Edit the journey.
