Settings for additional Attributes in the Profiles Tab

The additional attribute will be visible during searches on the Profiles tab, providing additional information about the customer profile to simplify identification. For example, you may set the last Interaction, email address, customer lifetime value total spend, or any other relevant attribute that aids in identifying the needed profile with ease. 

1. Go to the Administration/ Configurations/ Setting tab and choose an attribute in the "Profiles tab additional attribute" section.

2. Click on the Save button. Your change should be visible in the Profiles tab immediately after saving.
