What "No running Worker" in the fail logs mean?

Every configuration has its docker container. Meiro’s worker processes configuration details, collects data inputs for the configuration and then runs the container. 

Sometimes it may happen that the container of the component fails. If this happens unnoticed by a worker, workers would still wait for the output of the container.

In this case, maintenance catches workers without containers or containers without workers returning fail log  "No running Worker".
