Using your own OAuth credentials
If you would like to use your own OAuth credentials from your Google Cloud project, you can do so by switching the accounts and credentials. Below are the steps to ensure that the switch is complete and to avoid permissions errors during loading.
- Generate OAuth Credentials: Create a new OAuth client ID and secret for your application and replace the existing credentials for Google Adwords OAuth Repository in Meiro Integrations.
- Enable Google Ads API: Ensure that the Google Ads API is enabled for your Google Cloud project to allow access to Google Ads data.
- Reauthorize the Application: Reauthorize the Google Ads loading in Meiro Integrations using an account from the same domain as your Google Cloud project to grant the necessary permissions.
- Update Developer Token: Replace the current developer token with the one found in your Google Cloud project to ensure it's valid.
After implementing these solutions, test the Google Ads loader to ensure it functions correctly without any permissions errors.
