Detailed Activation History Logs

Activation History has been upgraded to give you a clearer, more consistent view of what happens when you launch a campaign — across Email, Mobile Push, and WhatsApp.

You’ll now see three key values in every channel:

• Batch size – The number of messages with valid identifiers (emails, phone numbers, or push tokens) that are ready to be sent.

• Excluded – The messages that won’t be delivered because they exceeded your sending limits.

• Scheduled to send – The actual number of messages queued for sending (Batch size minus Excluded).

With this breakdown, you can instantly confirm how many messages are set to go out, what’s being held back, and why. Clear visual indicators make it simple to spot at a glance.

Journey Canvas Improvements

Smarter Handling During Deployments

System updates are now less disruptive. Instead of being redirected to a 404 page when the platform is briefly unavailable, you’ll see a clear error message. This way, your progress stays safe, and once the update is complete, you can pick up right where you left off.

Accurate Test Push Notifications

Test push notifications now match the target device’s operating system. Instead of always using the iOS format, test payloads are tailored for Android or iOS as appropriate. This ensures your test messages behave the same way as real ones, making it easier to preview and validate push notifications before launching a campaign.

Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where the Show/Hide toggle in the Email Template Editor couldn’t be reactivated after being turned off, so you can now switch visibility on and off as expected.
