Processing Diagnostics: Clearer ETA and Smarter Status Indicators

We improved the Processing Diagnostics page to make pipeline health easier to understand at a glance.

Estimated processing delays are now calculated in real time based on the current queue size and processing speed, giving you a more accurate view of how long each stage may take to catch up. Status colors are also based on the estimated delay instead of queue size alone, helping highlight stages that are starting to fall behind even when queue volumes are still relatively small. For longer delays, time is displayed in hours rather than large minute values, making the information much easier to read.

These improvements provide more trustworthy insights into actual processing delays, reduce confusion caused by broad or misleading ranges, and help teams identify potential bottlenecks earlier so they can respond more quickly.

• Lookalike audience segments now display their member counts correctly immediately after creation, without requiring a page refresh. 1.54.0

• Editing segment conditions now works reliably even with a large number of conditions, preventing the blank screen issue and ensuring your changes are not lost. 1.53.0
• Scheduled email activations now automatically retry temporary connection timeouts, preventing unexpected failures and ensuring emails are sent as planned. 1.53.0
