Project Handover Procedures

What are the documentations that we need to complete to formalise the closure of a project / a project phase? 

Documentation

1. Project Wiki (Template): To summarise key facts of the project. 
2. CDP Campaign Wiki (Template): Documentation prepared by the PM or Digital Consultant, which specify the set up of the campaigns run from CDP for client's internal reference. 

Acceptance

1. Project Acceptance (Template): To list all deliverables of the projects (including out-of-scope requests from the clients which were delivered). This needs to be signed off by the client.
