What happens to the data if I decide to stop using Meiro?
All your data belongs to you and is backed up by Meiro Terms & Conditions.
This means that by design, the client has the right to access all of your customer profiles' data (1st party customer profiles' data, metadata, processing scripts, and components configurations made for the project), free of charge, at any time.
For instance, on-premises or hosted on the client-provided infrastructure, the client has full access to the data as all products are running on the client's infrastructure and can access the underlying databases at any time.
If Meiro CDP is hosted and managed by Meiro, it is possible to extract data easily using Meiro Integrations (please get in touch with Meiro support if you need help). Meiro will provide processing scripts and components configurations within 24 hours upon request.
Should you decide to terminate your subscription to Meiro CDP, we will operate a Data Takeout, in which we will send to your storage of choice:

All customer profile events that Meiro has collected and stored, including raw and transformed data, customer profiles' data model, unified profiles, and derived profile attributes

A snapshot of all ETL queries used for the transformation of customer profiles' data
After the Data Takeout, Meiro will terminate your CDP instance and remove all of your customer profiles’ data that we store on our servers.
