Tab: Customers
You can access the Customers tab by clicking on the icon in the home screen or on the tab in the top menu.
Customers clickingtab onenables Customers,browsing you can obtainthrough individual customer profiles.
Enter your search in the search box or filter for a specific customer attribute (e.g. “Revenue Total” filter will show customer profiles with the highest revenue on the top)).
Search results will be organized in columns:
-ID that displays the ID,identity ID assigned during identity stitching process (can be investigated further with analysts if needed),
-Source,
-Attribute
-Value for this attribute,
-The last column that can be customized by an administrator andcustomized, any of the available attributeattributes can be chosen to display. For example, on the screenshot below it is Last Web Visit.Interaction.

Click on a particular customer to see customer detail.
Customer Detail tab
Customer Identifiers
Personal data collected about the customer from the data sources.
Personal data can be hidden for non-authorised users (the Administration tab under the Settings tab). The protected note will be displayed for the non-authorised user when PII is enabled.
Channel Engagement
Shows customer activity in the identified data sources.
Channel Engagement attributes can be specified by the administrator in the Administration tab ( Settings tab). Channel Engagement's data sources can be defined by the administrator in the Administration tab (Sources & Destinations tab). Channel Engagement settings can be personalised to customer’s needs by Meiro analyst. Please contact the Meiro team if you would like to discuss this further.

Attributes
A list of the available attributes for that particular customer, together with their data sources. All the available attributes are listed in the Data tab ( Attributes tab).
Attributes can be personalised to customer’s needs by a Meiro analyst. Please contact the Meiro team if you would like to discuss this further.
It is possible to view customer definition attributes created during profile stitching for that particular customer. In order to turn on this feature please contact the Meiro team.

Timeline
A chronological timeline of identified customer's events.
By default Timeline displays events for the last month, to load more data please click on the button Load More.
Customer Events
The Customer Events chart visualises the activity of a customer throughout time. All the available attributes are listed in the Data tab (under the Events tab). The time for the events can be chosen in the setting on the left from Customer Events chart.
The Customer Events chart can be personalised to customer’s needs by a Meiro analyst. Please contact the Meiro team if you would like to discuss this further.

Data Protection
Data protection settings can only be enabled or disabled by a Meiro Business Explorer administrator in the Administration tab (under the Settings tab). This helps to limit access to the customer information for non-authorised users.
