Build your segment: Engaged customers who prefer browsing on a mobile device

In this case below, we’ve set some conditions to help us segment customers who are both engaged with the brand and prefer browsing on a mobile device. 

  1. First, we select for customers whose favourite device type equals mobile. 
  2. Next, we selected customers who have visited a blog.
  3. Lastly, connect all three conditions by selecting the ‘AND’ option. You can choose how conditions are connected by toggling between ‘AND’ or ‘OR’. 
  4. Save condition and see Segmentation Summary, export data of your customers or look at the individual customer profiles.
