Build your segment: customers with email engagement from a particular country
When running a country-specific email campaign, you may want to be able to view the customers who have interacted the most with your emails.
- Select an attribute for the country, e.g., China.
- Select customers with an email open rate greater than 0 %.
- Select the

operator to define the relation between two created attributes. - Save the segment and see the segmentation summary.
- Export data of your customers, look at the individual customer profiles or check insights.
