Build your segment: customers with email engagement from a particular country

When running a country-specific email campaign, you may want to be able to view the customers who have interacted the most with your emails. 

  1. Select an attribute for the country, e.g., Czechia (CZ). 
  2. Select customers who have opened more than 2 emails. 
  3. Select the ‘AND’ operator to define the relation between two created attributes. 
  4. Save segment and see segmentation summary.
  5. Export data of your customers, look at the individual customer profiles, or check insights.
