Segment export: CSV exports
Segmented audiences can be exported to the CSV file. This option is available in the Exports section.
Mandatory & exported attributes
Settings for the CSV export are in the Data tab/ Sources & Destinations tab:
Exported Attributes (required) |
Attributes that will be exported to your destinations. It is a required field as without defining exported attributes/ exported data your export will be empty.
If not exported attributes will be set, and there will be no data exported.
|
Mandatory Attributes |
Attributes that must be present to export to the destination. This is an optional field that can be defined if it is needed for a particular export.
“Mandatory Attributes” do not need to be set for the CSV export. |
Example:
If “Exported Attribute” will be “Name”, “Mandatory Attribute” will be “Email”.
Exported to CSV will be the “Name” attribute if known, but customerscustomer profiles that have not known “Email” will not be exported.
