Website visitors who are non-customers
In some cases, a business may want to convert all of its visitors into customers. In Meiro Business Explorer, this can be accomplished by segmenting your visitors in the following steps.
- Set the number of days since the last web visit. Here, we’ve set it to show visitors in the past month.
- Next, we select customers who have not made a purchase by choosing ‘Is False’ for the attribute ‘Purchase made ever’.
- Connect all conditions by selecting the ‘AND’ option. You can choose how conditions are connected by toggling between ‘AND’ or ‘OR’.
- Save condition and see Segmentation Summary, export data of your customers or look at the individual customer profiles.
