Build your segment: website visitors who are non-customers
In some cases, a business may want to convert all of its visitors into customers. In Meiro Business Explorer, this can be accomplished by segmenting your visitors in the following steps.
- Set the number of days since the last web visit. Here, we’ve set it to show visitors in the past month.
Next, we selectSelect customers who have not made a purchase by choosing ‘Is False’ for the attribute ‘Purchase made ever’.Connect all conditions by selectingSelect the ‘AND’option. You can choose how conditions are connected by toggling between ‘AND’ or ‘OR’.operator.- Save
conditionsegment and seeSegmentationsegmentationSummary,summary. - Export data of your
customers orcustomers, look at the individual customerprofiles.profiles or check insights.
