What happens with the data if I decide to stop using Meiro

According to your beliefs (which are backed up by our T&C) all your data belongs to you (obviously). This means that by design you should have a right to access your data (your 1st party customer data, metadata, processing scripts and components configurations made for your project), free of charge, any time.

If you have your Meiro CDP instance on-premises, you have access already - all products are running on your infrastructure and you can access the underlying databases any time.

If you have your Meiro CDP as a managed service run by us, you can extract your client data yourself using Meiro Integrations (contact our support if you need help) and we will send you all processing scripts and components configurations in under 24 hours upon your request. Shoot us an e-email and we will send you your data.
