Where can I find the File ID on Google Drive
The Google Drive File ID is a unique identifier assigned to each file on Google Drive. It is a stable identifier that remains the same even if the file name or location changes.
The File ID can be found in the URL of the file when it is opened on Google Drive. It is the combination of letters and numbers that appear after "d/" in the link:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/***ThisIsFileID***/edit#gid=123456789
For example, in the URL below the File ID is "1vKx1iPAplNzydYZbFEAxLknpR8S6UzjC91sAXTrpVVw"
Alternatively, you can right-click on a file in Google Drive and select "Get link", then the "Copy link" button and the file ID will be in the copied URL.
It is also worth mentioning that the File ID is different than the sheet ID, the sheet ID is the unique identifier of a specific sheet within a Google spreadsheet, and it's located after the gid in the URL, for example:
