How to set the Customer Highlights

In the Customer Highlights label, you can assign the label that holds the attributes for the customer’s personal information (e.g. first and last name, city and country, last brand interaction, phone number, etc.). Those attributes will appear in the Customer Highlights section of the customer profile and will be the only searchable attributes within the Customer tab.

To set the Customer Highlights label, follow the steps below:

  1. Under the Setup tab/ Labels tab create a label, that will later hold the attributes with the customer’s personal information.

  2. Under the Setup tab/ Attributes tab assign those attributes to the label you want to appear in the Customer Highlights.

Warning: the maximum number of attributes in the label used as the Customer Highlights label is 20 unhidden attributes.

  1. Go to  Administration tab/ Setting tab and select the label in the section Customer Highlights label.
