Connector contactSPACE

 

ContactSPACE is a software that helps to automatise the activity of the contact center. It collects the data about contacted clients, like name, surname, email, company name, country, telephone number, outcomes, or any additional information related to the customer that will be tailored for a particular project. 

You can collect the data about your calls and customers from contactSPACE and analyse it in Meiro Integrations.

Requirements

In order to work on the contactSPACE data you will need:

Credentials for the account with the contactSPACE:

  • the API Key, Scraper User, and Scraper PWD. You should get it from the administrator of the contactSPACE account, or your client. 
  • The Initiative ID pertains to the ID of a project that you want to extract your data from. The data that you want to extract can be from a particular campaign, a business unit, a regional unit or other projects that you have created on contactSPACE. You need to obtain this ID from the administrator of your contactSPACE account or your client.

API Key (required)You should retrieve your

API Key, Scraper User, Scraper PWD from the administrator of your contactSPACE account, or your client.

Scraper User (required) You should retrieve your API Key, Scraper User, Scraper PWD from the administrator of your contactSPACE account, or your client.
Scraper Pwd (required) You should retrieve your API Key, Scraper User, Scraper PWD from the administrator of your contactSPACE account, or your client.

 

Methods

Methods allow you to extract particular data from the ContactSPACE. There is a list of available methods and fields available for each method described in the section below.

Get Data (Optional)optional)

This query returns all the data available for a certain initiative in a chosen time frame. The data available for a particular initiative can be changed from initiative to initiative.

  To enable the query to run, you will need to check the option marked Enabled.

Initiative ID (required):

Insert the initiative ID from the contactSPACE software. The Initiative ID is an ID of a project under which a certain campaign is run. 

Start Date (required):

Insert the date from which you wish to query data.

End Date (required):

Insert the date until you wish to query data.

Output table (required):

Insert the name for the table that will be visible in the Data Out bucket.

 


Get Users (optional)

This query returns data about customer service agents/ users.

 

Enabled (true/false):

To enable the query to run, you will need to check the option marked Enabled.

Output table (required):

Insert the name for the table that will be visible in the Data Out bucket. 

Search Records (optional)

This query returns a list of contacts and their last call outcome by the initiative. The data available for a particular initiative can be changed from initiative to initiative (list of calls, outcomes, etc.).

To enable the query to run, you will need to check the option marked Enabled.

Initiative ID (required):

Insert the initiative ID from the contactSPACE software. The Initiative ID is an ID of a project under which certain campaign is run. 

Output table (required):

Insert the name for the table that will be visible in the Data Out bucket.

Get Outcome (optional)

This query returns a list of possible outcomes defined for any given initiative.

Insert the Initiative ID from the contactSPACE software. The Initiative ID is an ID of a project under which certain campaigns are run. 

Output table (required):

Insert the name for the table that will be visible in the Data Out bucket.


Get All Initiative Data (optional)

This query returns a list of contacts for all initiatives and their last call outcome bound by a start date and end date.

To enable the query to run, you will need to check the option marked Enabled.

Start Date (required):

Insert the date from which you wish to query data.

End Date (required):

Insert the date until you wish to query data. The result will be saved in Data Out out/tables/data_{initiative_id}.csv.

Search All Initiative Records (optional)

This query returns a list of contacts and their last call outcome of all initiatives.

Get All Initiative Outcome (optional)

Download Initiative Calls (optional)

This query downloads call history for a dataset or an initiative of interest, bound by a start date and end date.

Start Date (required):

Insert the date from which you wish to query data.

Download All Initiative Calls (optional)

This query downloads call history for all initiatives, bound by a start date and end date.

The date format for this field is YYYY-MM-DD.
