Settings for Adding Attributes in the Profiles Tab
The additional attribute will be displayed for searches in the CustomersProfiles tab. For example, you may wish to set an attribute: last Interaction or email address to easier identify customer profiles.
1. Go to the AdministrationAdministration/ tab/Configurations/ Setting tab and choose an attribute in the section"Profiles Customertab Searchadditional Additionalattribute" Attribute.section.
2. Click on the Save button. Your change should be visible in the CustomersProfiles tab immediately after saving.
