Settings for additional Attributes in the Profiles Tab
The additional attribute will be displayedvisible forduring searches inon the Profiles tab.tab, providing additional information about the customer profile to simplify identification. For example, you may wish to set an attribute:the last InteractionInteraction, email address, customer lifetime value total spend, or emailany addressother torelevant easierattribute identifythat customeraids profiles.in identifying the needed profile with ease.
1. Go to the Administration/ Configurations/ Setting tab and choose an attribute in the "Profiles tab additional attribute" section.
2. Click on the Save button. Your change should be visible in the Profiles tab immediately after saving.
