Settings for additional Attributes in the Profiles Tab
The additional attribute will be displayed for searches in the Profiles tab. For example, you may wish to set an attribute: last Interaction or email address to easier identify customer profiles.
1. Go to the Administration/ Configurations/ Setting tab and choose an attribute in the "Profiles tab additional attribute" section.
2. Click on the Save button. Your change should be visible in the Profiles tab immediately after saving.
