What featured segments are?

Featured segments are customized segments for the client use cases. The featured segments tab serves as "examples of segments" that you can duplicate to custom segments and make necessary changes. Please contact the administrator if you do not see featured segments set for your instance.

Create Featured Segments

Featured segments are created in the same way as custom segments.

Besides, you can copy featured segments from the detail page and make changes as needed (rename them, add additional conditions, etc.).

Permissions needed

Please keep in mind that viewing and editing of Featured Segments will depend on permissions that have been granted to the users:

Permission	What it allows
List featured segments	This permission enables users to see a list of all featured segments. Users have access to segments they created, even if this access is disabled.
View featured segments	This permission enables users to view all featured segment details.
Create/ edit featured segments	This permission enables users to create and edit all featured segments.
