Attribute ordering in customer profile

The order of attributes in the customer profile can be specified.

To specify the ordering, go to the public.attributes of your instance's database and change the order_index to your desired ordering with ascending numbers. The default order_index value is 1000.

Labels

PII, Customer Information and Channel Engagement labels are 3 important labels that should be set up.
Learn how to set up here.

What these labels do in Meiro Business Explorer:

PII - attributes with this label will be anonymized for users with no granted access to PII data.

Customer Information - attributes with this label will appear in the Customer Highlights section of the customer profile
